Scrabble on Bicycles

Submitted by: Dan

Here at Cycle Oxford we're all about finding news challenges for Oxford's cycling community. Challenges that test more than just your legs... like Scrabble on Bicycles.

You get an hour to find as many of the 30 Scrabble tiles we've hidden around our beautiful city. Collect all 30 or just 7, it doesn't matter because on arriving at the Scrabble board you have to select 7 tiles to enter the game with.

You don't get to refresh any tiles laid on the board, 7 tiles is it. You're only allowed one of each letter, and there's no bonus for laying 7 tiles at once. The highest score wins.

The next Oxford Scrabble on Bicycles is on March 20th starting at 2.30pm from Broad Street, Oxford.

It ends at Oxford Cycle Workshop Training for tea, scones and scrabble until we have a winner.

Scrabble on Bicycles was made possible by the kind support of ByBox. In fact we had a secret checkpoint at a ByBox containing real gold.

Like what we do, why not join the revolution and become a member.
